Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The practice has been asked to take part in a new initiative suggested by the Government to set up a patient participation group which would give a patient’s point of view of the NHS and how it is working at a local level.

We are looking for volunteers to form a small group who would be happy to meet together approximately every three months. The meetings will be short and a member of the practice would organise them and be present for discussion.

The aim is for us to see how our service works “on the other side” and have a way of directing ideas, suggestions, compliments or areas for potential change. We are very enthusiastic about this and would greatly appreciate your involvement.

Please speak to the Practice Manager for further information if you feel this is something you could commit to or if you wish to speak to a patient representative.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

We are looking to widen our representation within our Patient Participation Group and realise that many patients may want to have a say about services at the surgery but are not able to attend meetings due to their own commitments, therefore we are looking to set up a virtual group in addition to our regular meetings.

If you feel this would interest you please contact our patient representative at
